This is a sweet preserve mad with rose petals. With a jam like consistency this spread can be used in many ways. Traditional ayurveda used rose to help cool the body down off excess pitta.However it can be used all through the year to uplift the mood, to facilitate digestion and keeping the blood clean. In moderation it can be used by all the three doshas or all Ayurvedic body constitutions.
